Kids crack me up.
So yesterday I made burritos for dinner. I made the filling with beans, ground beef, salsa, and green chiles. At dinnertime, Eva said she hates burritos and Wesley refused to eat because he said it was spicey (this was before he even ate a bite). They filled up on plain tortillas. So today I wasn't about to waste all the leftover burrito stuff, so I layered the filling in the crockpot with tortillas and cheese and called it Mexican Lasagna. Eva ate with gusto and Wes was about to eat when he realized it might be spicey and he made himself a pb&j instead. You just can't please some people. I'll try not to take it personally.
